‘Acharya Dineshchandra Sen Smriti’ Gold Medal’ Award Ceremony and Publication of ‘Nava Rupeshwar’ magazine
On May 15, 2024, ‘Acharya Dineshchandra Sen Memorial’ Gold Medal Award 2024 and auspicious inauguration ceremony of ‘Nava Rupeshwar’ magazine was held at Ashutosh Memorial Hall.
The Gold Medal was awarded to North Bengal archeology and antiquities researcher Gopal Laha and folk culture researcher Niranjan Mondal.
Eminent cultural personality Gautam Dey was the Chief Guest. Poet Tanmoy Chakraborty, Dr. Kalyan Chakraborty (Professor of Bidhanchandra Agricultural University), Mananjali Bandyopadhyay (Professor of Bengali Dept. of Vidyasagar University), Dr. Bimal Kumar Thandar (Associate Professor of Bengali Dept. of Kavi Jaydev Mahavidyalaya) and publisher Pranakrishna Majhi of Vivekananda Book Centre were present during the occasion..
The entire program was moderated by poet Sanjay Dey and moderated by Debkanya Sen, Secretary of Acharya Dinesh Chandra Sen Research Society, India.
