Pora lau pata-ar bhapa Ilish | A classic Hilsha preparation which combines young bottle gourd leaf and rich Hilsha masterly
Bhaja Ilish | Our all favourite fried Hilsha served with Hilsha oil, steamed rice and home made kasundi sauce!!
Ilish Tramfrado | A classic from Tahir family recipe book, made with coconut milk, Gandhoraj lemon and kaffir lime leaf!!
One thali one meal — Hilsha thali | It comprises of one pc of fried ilish | one pc of bhapa Ilish | Ilis teil (oil) | Papad and Indian dessert!!
Guests can also savour other delights such as Shorshe Kancha Lonka Ilish, Charcoal Smoked Paturi, Ilish Macher Ghee Dim Roast, and Ilish Mach-er Kalo Jhaal.
