PRITHVI 2.0 Showcased Young Minds Who Imagine, Build, and Break Barriers

Kolkata, 22 November 2025: SPK Jain Futuristic Academy set a new benchmark in experiential learning with the grand success of PRITHVI 2.0 — an inter-school science fest that transformed the campus into a vibrant hub of innovation, sustainability ideas, and hands-on discovery. With students from across the city showcasing inventive models, live experiments, and interactive demonstrations, the event stood out as a powerful celebration of young scientific minds and the school’s commitment to future-ready education.
The inauguration took place in the esteemed presence of Shri Babul Supriyo, Minister of Information Technology and Electronics of West Bengal, and Shri Shashank Dwivedi, Additional CGST Commissioner. Distinguished education leaders Manoshi Roychowdhury, Co-Chairperson of Techno India Group, and Dr. Suman Sood, Director of B.D. Memorial International School, also graced the gathering, further elevating the significance of a fest dedicated to nurturing curiosity, creativity, and conscious thinking in young learners.
The event witnessed the presence of Sri Sardarmull Kankaria, President of Shree Shwetambar Sthanakvasi Jain Sabha, whose visionary leadership continues to guide the Sabha’s multi-dimensional contributions to society. Adding to the grandeur of the occasion was the presence of eminent dignitaries of Shree Shwetambar Sthanakvasi Jain Sabha, including Sri Pannalal Kochar, Sri Vinod Minni, Sri Lalit Kankaria, Sri Pradeep Patwa, Sri Ashok Minni, Shashi Kankaria, Sonal Choraria, Smt. Kusum Patwa, and Sri Aman Kothari, whose participation reflected their continued commitment to Shree Shwetambar Sthanakvasi Jain Sabha’s initiatives.
Speaking at the event, Dr. Jayeeta Ganguly, Principal, SPK Jain Futuristic Academy, said, “Seeing our students experiment, present bold ideas and engage with real-world problems reaffirmed why experiential learning matters so deeply. PRITHVI 2.0 reminded us that every child carries the spark of innovation, and our role as educators is simply to give that spark the space to shine.”

PRITHVI 2.0 showcased projects across Earth Sciences, Sustainability, Information Technology, STEM, Bio & Nutrition, and Psychology. Students presented creative models reflecting their ideas for a sustainable and forward-looking India. Throughout the event, participants engaged in interactive science games, live demonstrations, and hands-on activities designed to make learning both enjoyable and practical, while visitors experienced the excitement of scientific discovery in an immersive environment.
The Science fest brought together students from several reputed schools who showcased original concepts across themes such as Earth Sciences, Sustainability, STEM, Information Technology, Bio & Nutrition, and Psychology. Organised under the flagship initiative of Shree Shwetambar Sthanakvasi Jain Sabha, the fest concluded on a high note with overwhelming participation, meaningful discussions and a renewed appreciation for experiential learning. PRITHVI 2.0 not only celebrated young talent but also reinforced the school’s mission of preparing children to imagine, innovate and lead in a rapidly changing world.
