Enjoy Ilish Paturi Platter, featuring hilsa marinated with mustard paste and steamed in banana leaf, or the Ilish Fry Platter with turmeric-seasoned, fried hilsa. Savor the Ilish Sorshe Bhapa Platter with mustard-steamed hilsa, or the Ilish Begun er Jhol Platter with hilsa in an eggplant-tempered broth.
