17th September 2023 is being celebrated as World Patient Safety day as per communication from World Health Organization (WHO). This year’s theme is “Engaging Patients for Patient Safety” and increasing awareness about increasing the patient’s role in their safety in healthcare. Like last year, we at Peerless Hospital, Kolkata are organizing a one day conference ” MediSafeCon” on 16th September 2023 with the theme “Engaging patients for Medication safety” dedicated to increasing awareness about patient’s role in improving medication safety in clinical practice among pharmacists, nurses and doctors.
