Success Meet on Karate
Shivaji Ganguly’s Karate Academy Mind and Body held a Press Meet at Harish Park, Bhowanipur on 8th Jan.
In 1st PEFI National Karate Championship, 2022 at The Manthan School, Greater Noida West, 50 participants from West Bengal participated, informed Shibayan Ganguly, Chief Instructor of Shivaji Ganguly’s Academy.
Among them 40 participants got good position. In this tournament there were 350 participants from 15 states. The tournament was recognised by Uttarpradesh Olympic Association.
Physical Education Foundation of India (PEFI) is recognised by Ministry Of Sports And Youth Affairs, Govt. Of India.
West Bengal medal tally included Gold-10, Silver-9 and
Bronze-21.
Students of Shivaji Ganguly’s Karate Academy won 24 medals (out of total 29 participants):-
Gold-5, Silver-7 and
Bronze-12, informed Shyamantak Ganguly, Technical Head of the Karate Academy.
This is indeed a great achievement for West Bengal in the PEFI National Karate Championship 2022 recognised by Uttarpradesh Olympic Association, informed Hanshi Shivaji Ganguly.
