Invesco Mutual Fund’s Diwali film #NayaRiwaaz turns a family tradition into a story about investing across generations
November 4, 2026: This Diwali, Invesco Mutual Fund has launched its #NayaRiwaaz campaign, reimagining the tradition of gifting through a heartwarming family story centred on dreams, discipline and legacy. The campaign highlights how small gestures, when nurtured over time, can shape bigger aspirations and become meaningful traditions passed down across generations.
The film follows Aryan, who receives a blue lifafa from his father every Diwali before the mithai, a simple ritual that gains deeper meaning as he grows up and pursues his aspirations. Years later, Aryan passes the same tradition on to his daughter, carrying forward a ritual that began with his father.
Speaking about the campaign, Ameya Ingle, Director & Head – Marketing, Invesco Mutual Fund, said:
“Diwali is a festival of traditions, family and new beginnings. We wanted to show how one small gesture, repeated with love and intent, can become something much bigger over time. With #NayaRiwaaz, we celebrate the idea that investing can become a meaningful family tradition, much like the rituals and values that are passed down through generations. While gifts bring joy in the moment, the habits and values we pass on can stay with us for generations.
With this campaign, Invesco Mutual Fund aims to bring the conversation around investing closer to the way Indian families think about their dreams, their children’s futures and the traditions they choose to carry forward. The film builds on a simple but powerful thought: some traditions are inherited, while others begin with a new gesture.”
The campaign film, developed in collaboration with Analogue Studio, seeks to encourage families to consider investing as part of their financial planning, highlighting the importance of starting early, staying invested and working towards long-term financial goals.
