ICAA Alt – Grand Convention 2026

Independent Consultants and Advisors Association (ICAA) MFD Association had accomplished today “ICAA Alt Grand Convention 2026” at The Lalit Great Eastern Hotel, Kolkata. It assembled regulators, industry leaders, asset managers, wealth professionals and financial distributors and deliberated on the evolving landscape of India’s alternative investment industry.
The convention was inaugurated by Dr. Swapan Dasgupta, Hon. Finance Minister, Govt. of WB, along with a host of high profile dignitaries from India’s financial services ecosystem.
Representatives and industry leaders associated with ICC, SEBI, AMFI, APMI, IFSCA–GIFT City, MFU, KFintech, WillJini, Shriram Mutual Fund, Choice Mutual Fund, Jio BlackRock Mutual Fund and PGP Academy participated in the convention.
The programme aimed for development of Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Specialised Investment Funds (SIFs), GIFT City investment opportunities and other emerging investment solutions, opportunities available to the Mutual Fund distribution fraternity, how distributors and wealth professionals can understand emerging investment products, identify appropriate investor segments and build capabilities while maintaining a strong focus on suitability, transparency, investor awareness and regulatory compliance.
