IGNITE Seminar Trains Over 600 Technicians, Promotes Industry Innovation

Kolkata: IGNITE organised its Skill Development Initiative and Industry Seminar 2026 in Kolkata on Saturday, training over 600 technicians and promoting a skilled, future-ready workforce. The programme brought together industry leaders, architects, designers, students and professionals from electrical, automation and technology sectors. Representatives from Signify, Philips, Havells and Bajaj Electricals participated in the event. An industry seminar, exhibition and workshop encouraged knowledge-sharing and collaboration. Key discussions focused on artificial intelligence in interior designing, future-ready landscaping, retrofitting West Bengal’s heritage structures, and power automation with AI for industrial growth. Supported by Smartpower Automation, WEBSOL and Laghu Udyog Bharati, IGNITE promoted skill development and innovation across West Bengal.
